Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've posted anything here, so I thought I was over due for an update. Essentially nothing terribly exciting going on except... THE SUPER AWESOME SSRP MEET UP! I'm so excited, this is the 3rd SSRP meet up. And it's larger then ever with people coming from all over the country and even Canada! I think I'm more excited to see my friends again then anything else. Ben and I weren't even home from the last meet up before we found ourselves saying "I miss 'so-n-so'". So it's easy to see I'm excited. This has again brought up an odd issue some people have where they don't like to admit to people they know

Last night I found out that one of my friends, whom I met playing City of Heroes. Had died in a car accident at the age of 18. My knee jerk reaction was denial, of course. How could a kid so young have died? But it just goes to show how precious and delicate life is. Friends are gifts from God and throwing them away for petty reasons or over grudges is a mistake, because tomorrow they might not be there. I played COH for years with Ben. How do you day walkers do it? I've been working third shift for over a year and a half, and without that oh so convent sky born ball of fire to tell me when the day starts and ends its really hard for me to keep my sleeping to anything resembling a stable pattern. So much so that I tend to loose track of things online, such a DA, SSRP, Facebook and so on. Sorry about that folks.  It get caught up in that sleep-work-sleep cycle thing and forget that I'm supposed to be up for more hours then I'm sleeping.
